Classical ballet is a life-story told without a single word that instantly lifts you up. It’s a lifestyle filled with raw feelings, hidden struggles, and hard work.

Classical Ballet

The classical ballet Repertoire is a perfect and undistorted sample of choreographic masterpieces created by Paul Taglioni, August Bournonville, Jules Perrot and Jean Coralli, Marius Petipa, Lev Ivanov, Michael Fokin,  Alexander Gorsky , Vakhtang Chabukiani, Agrippina Vaganova, Vicotr Gsovsky,  Vasili Vainonen and other outstanding choreographers, where the main thing is choreography drawing, high-quality performance of each ballet movement, comprehension of nuances and details of performance, understanding of aesthetics, penetration into stylistic features, musicality and artistry.

I am in love with the choreography of the old masters, esp. Marius Petipa and his followers. I perceive the continuity of generations in it and see its natural evolution. How it is important to have a deep understanding and appreciation of the classical ballet tradition. This includes a knowledge of the history and development of ballet, as well as an understanding of the different technical and stylistic elements that make up the classical ballet vocabulary. This foundation will allow to create works that are both faithful to the tradition while also pushing it forward in new and exciting ways.

Competitions

I have a good experience in preparing my students for participation in contests. One of the important missions of ballet competitions is to enable everyone who is engaged in ballet to meet, communicate, learn, and be inspired in the atmosphere of like-minded people. The competition perfectly shapes the character, stimulates the creative process, develops the individuality. For the participant of the competition, this is an in-depth work on the repertoire and additional work on oneself. The competition really gives fame and immediately! Each my student is prepared in accordance with their individual plan, the task of which is to expand technical and artistic potential and enhance the stage skills and capabilities.
